Below the deck terrace doors enter into the dinning room/living area of the downstairs unit.

Downstairs windows under the porch are 2 Bedrooms in the downstairs unit.
Window on porch is in bedroom in upper unit. 2 second floor windows are in master bedroom.
Photo does not show steps which are now off the right (back) end of the porch. They go down to access the hot tub in the back yard.
Door on porch is most commonly used enterence for upper unit.
Upon entering, there is a closet on the left and to the right, space opens to a washer/dryer and 1/2 bath.
